Returns
You have [30] calendar days to request a refund from the date your order is confirmed.

To be eligible for a refund, you must send your written request to shop.fulinggong@gmail.com .

You needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase attached to the email messages.

Refunds
Once we received your email, we will proceed with the refund procedure and notify you immediately upon completion. This process will take minimum 30 days.

As soon as your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
